These terms cover digital products sold on this site ("The Lead System" products) by TrueNorth Property Care (ABN 60 896 630 308), Adelaide, South Australia ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to them.
Digital files delivered by download straight after payment: Claude skill files, guides, templates and spreadsheets. Nothing physical is shipped. You need your own paid Claude plan and Meta ad account to use some parts.
You may use the products in your own business, including with your own staff. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files or their contents, in whole or in part.
If you're not happy, email rowan@truenorthcleaningcompany.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country.
The products are general information and tools. Results from advertising depend on your offer, market, budget, creative and follow-up, and we don't guarantee any specific outcome. Nothing in them is legal, financial or tax advice. Meta, Claude and other platforms change their features and policies; you're responsible for following their current rules and the marketing, privacy and consumer laws where you operate.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may convert to your local currency.
When you buy, Stripe shares your name, email, billing country and purchase details with us. We use them to deliver your purchase, send receipts, handle refunds and support, and, if you opt in, to tell you about related products. We don't sell your information. This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, checkouts and purchases from our ads, and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful. Meta may use cookies and similar technology for this; you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing rowan@truenorthcleaningcompany.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
